Refund or return policy
Our aim is to make sure all our customers are completely satisfied with their purchase.
Any product that is defective/damaged or a wrong item sent will need to be returned to us within 7 days. We are happy to pay the postage cost and to refund the value of the product or provide a credit accordingly. Credits must be used within 6 months.
Returns will need to include invoice number/order number.
