FAQ's

Question:  How to register your account with us to purchase?

You will require to register with us prior to log in.  This requires only your name, email address and password. The login and registration link is in the top left corner of the website home page.

Question:  Can we buy from you directly?

We currently are a shop online business only and do not have premises to retail from.  If you have any questions about our products, please contact us either using the Contact link on our website or email us on carmen@delitransilvania.co.nz   We can also be reached on Facebook. 

Question: What hours are we open?

You can order 24 hours a day 7 days a week and we will process your order within 24 - 48 hours by providing an invoice to you (Note: during busy periods xmas and easter this may take longer, up to 7 days from date of order). Once your payment is made by direct credit/bank transfer and shows in our account we will courier the goods to you. Couriers only operate Monday to Friday.

Question: What payment methods do we accept?

After you place your order online with us we accept only direct credit/bank transfer payment from the invoice we email to you. We have chosen this payment policy due to the excessive commission rates and fees charged and wish to maintain our policy of getting high quality products from Romania/Europe to your table for the least cost possible. 

Question: How do I calculate the weight of my order?

If your order exceeds the 20kg weight limit/per box you will require to purchase another box at an extra cost.   Weight is calculated by weight of product plus weight of the glass jar and protective wrapping for the courier.  These weights are provided under the description of each product called 'Gross weight'. Note: please allow 300 grams for the weight of the courier box.

Question: How do I order more quantity of a specific product?

Click on the cart figure of the product you wish to order and then click on the shopping cart icon at the top of our website. On the next page change the number of products from 1 to the number you wish to have. Then click the update quantities button or push enter.

Or you can click 'see more' on your product of choice and change the quantity figure on this page.

Question: Is there a minimum order value?

We have a minimum order value of $30.00 (excluding freight) to cover the costs of processing an order, packing, invoicing and other administration costs.

Question: How much do I pay for delivery of my order?

Please refer to our payment and delivery link at the top of our website home page or delivery link at the bottom of our website home page.

Question: What happens if a product I order is out of stock?

We will contact you to offer a similar product in the same range and quality as the ones you originally ordered.

Question:  What happens if client changes his/her mind and would like to amend order?

We can amend the order by adding or taking out products from your previous order for a small fee of $5.00 to cover our admin/labour costs.
